WIRED MOBILE ECG SYSTEM

KardioAS M

A stable 3-electrode ECG signal, delivered directly to your smartphone by USB.

KardioAS M combines a Gravity-based ECG sensor, ESP32-C3 controller and three standard disposable electrodes. The adapter is powered by the Android smartphone and sends ECG data through a physical USB connection — no Bluetooth link is required.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO ACQUIRE THE SIGNAL

Same KardioAS analytics. A more stationary ECG setup.

KardioAS M changes the signal-acquisition method, not the analytical concept. Instead of a chest strap, it uses three adhesive electrodes placed on the torso and a compact wired adapter connected to the phone.

This arrangement is especially useful when the priority is a calm, repeatable recording with fixed skin contact — for example while sitting or lying down.

ELECTRODE PLACEMENT

Three disposable electrodes, fixed directly to the skin

The three-electrode arrangement is close to a conventional single-channel ECG setup and is intended for recordings at rest.

R / RA (−)below the right clavicle
L / LA (+)left lower chest / rib area
F / RLright lower chest / abdomen, reference

For a good signal: clean and degrease the skin, remove excessive hair if necessary, avoid placing electrodes directly over bone and secure the cable so it does not pull on the electrodes.

WHY KARDIOAS M

Designed for stable, controlled ECG recording

Its strengths are most noticeable when a wired, stationary measurement is more important than freedom of movement.

Stable skin contact

Adhesive electrodes remain fixed in place and are less dependent on strap pressure during a resting measurement.

No wetting the strap

There is no textile chest strap to moisten before use or to worry about drying during a longer session.

USB

Direct wired link

The ECG adapter communicates with the phone through USB, avoiding Bluetooth pairing, reconnection and a separate wireless data path.

Powered by the phone

The adapter draws power from the smartphone, so there is no separate sensor battery to charge or monitor.

Convenient while lying down

The electrode layout is well suited to resting, bedside and other measurements where the person remains relatively still.

ECG

Familiar electrode approach

Three adhesive electrodes make the acquisition method closer to familiar single-channel ECG practice than a sports chest strap.

When KardioAS M is a strong choice

  • Resting measurements at home
  • Recordings while sitting or lying down
  • Bedside or caregiver-assisted measurements
  • Users with unreliable chest-strap contact
  • Repeated measurements under similar conditions
  • Users who prefer a wired connection without Bluetooth

When a chest strap may be more convenient

  • Very fast setup is the main priority
  • The user wants greater freedom of movement
  • Disposable electrodes are undesirable
  • A cable-free setup is preferred

The two systems are complementary: KardioAS M emphasizes controlled ECG acquisition, while a chest strap is often more convenient for mobile use.

ANALYTICAL PLATFORM

The same broad KardioAS analysis workflow

After a study is recorded, KardioAS M processes the ECG and RR data and stores the result with the selected patient. The application includes:

RR interval analysis HRV analysis Respiratory analysis Cardio-health assessment Emotional profile Pulse-pattern analysis Neuroregulatory profile Ayurvedic HRV profile Trends & calendar Study comparison Patient registry PDF reports
ASSISTED & BEDSIDE USE

Useful when the person should remain comfortable and still

Because the electrodes are attached directly to the torso and the phone can be handled by another person, KardioAS M can be practical for measurements with elderly, weakened or less mobile users.

A family member, caregiver or practitioner can operate the smartphone while the patient remains lying or seated. Patient-linked history and comparison tools make repeated measurements easier to organize.

Important: KardioAS M provides single-channel ECG analysis and is not a replacement for a diagnostic 12-lead ECG, Holter monitoring or professional medical evaluation when these are clinically indicated.
